We aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or times of high demand, processing may take longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, courier network, customs processing, stock availability and fulfilment partner.
Current estimated delivery times are:
United States: 7–18 business days
United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
Canada: 10–21 business days
Australia: 10–21 business days
Europe: 10–21 business days
UAE & Saudi Arabia: 10–21 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to customs, courier delays, incorrect address details, local postal delays, severe weather, public holidays, high order volume or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location and order value.
Where available, we may offer free shipping promotions, such as free shipping over a certain order value.
Please check the shipping options shown at checkout for the most accurate rate available for your order.
Tracked Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch, especially during international transit.
If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow a little time for the courier system to refresh.
International Shipping
Kurve may ship orders using international fulfilment partners, logistics providers and local delivery couriers.
Depending on your location, orders may be shipped through services such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, local postal services, or other regional delivery partners.
For orders containing multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges once the package reaches your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Kurve does not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, you may be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees or charges incurred.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed. However, once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Kurve is not responsible for orders lost, delayed or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
- Around your property
- With household members
- With neighbours
- With your building reception, concierge or mailroom
- With your local courier or delivery office
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@kurve.co and we will do our best to help.
Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kurve is not responsible for theft, loss or misplacement after delivery. However, we will review each situation fairly and help where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- A short explanation of the issue
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or suitable resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
Delayed Orders
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes above, delays can sometimes happen.
Delays may be caused by:
- Customs processing
- Courier backlogs
- Weather disruptions
- Public holidays
- High seasonal demand
- Incorrect address information
- Local postal delays
- International transit delays

Pre-Orders and High-Demand Items
Some products may be offered as pre-order, limited release or high-demand items.
If your order includes a pre-order or high-demand item, dispatch may take longer than usual. Where possible, we will provide estimated shipping information on the product page or by email.
