Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Kurve. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and unworn
- Unopened, where the product is sealed for hygiene reasons
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because many Kurve products are personal, intimate, skin-contact, adhesive, silicone or hygiene-related items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, worn, applied to the skin, damaged, altered, or removed from their protective/hygiene packaging, unless the item is faulty or otherwise required by law.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short explanation of your return request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@kurve.co with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the item, packaging and issue

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Opened adhesive covers
- Used or worn intimate products
- Products applied to the skin
- Products with broken hygiene seals or opened protective packaging
- Personal care items
- Custom, personalised or special-order items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, unless faulty

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

Change of Mind / Cooling-Off Rights

If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, European Union or another region with statutory distance-selling cancellation rights, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you cancel under these rights, you must notify us within the required cancellation period and return the goods within the required return period.

For hygiene reasons, cancellation rights may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item, size or shade is to return the eligible item first and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange opened, used or worn intimate or skin-contact products unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider or payment processor may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kurve.co.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change an order once it has entered processing or fulfilment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, customs, seasonal demand or other factors outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate.
